All orders will be shipped to you via Couriers or Australian Post.
You can choose to place an order with us through email after browsing and selecting the products you want from our online product showcase. All you need to provide in your email order with the following information:
- Name
- Company (optional)
- Address
- Contact Phone Number
- Fax Number (optional)
- Email Address
- Products & Quantity you wish to order
Once we received your order through email, it will be processed immediately. We will then contact you through either email or phone to confirm your order and to inform you the approximate shipping time. Shipping and handling charges will be added to your total order. Orders can also be placed through the phone. To place and order through the phone, call us at (07) 38491004. Our proficient sales staff will be on hand to accept your order.
Fax order is similar to email order. After selecting your products from our product showcase, fax an order to us providing the following information:
- Name
- Company (optional)
- Address
- Contact Phone Number
- Fax Number
- Email Address (optional)
- Products & Quantity you wish to order
Once we received your order through fax, it will be processed immediately. We will then contact you through either a return fax or phone to confirm your order and to inform you the approximate shipping time. Shipping and handling charges will be added to your total order. We will shipped your orders to you via Couriers or Australian Post.
Except for computer systems, we can usually shipped all other products the day after we received your order. We regret that for the time being, we cannot accept international orders.
